Welcome Fellow Surfers,
Are there any technology-savvy folks subscribed to this
newsletter? I could use your help. I received an MP3 player
for my birthday. I tried to install the software for it on
two different computers, and then plugged it into the USB
port to transfer music. On both computers, it told me that
the player wasn't connected, even though it was. I can't
figure out what the problem is - everything else works fine
with it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated... :)
