It happened... I got a cold. Now I'm attacking it to get over
it fast.
All winter I escaped getting sick... but it must be the time
of the year. Last year I was sick when I was at the Academy
Awards. I guess this is my time of the year.

Jessica & Tony Getting Married?... No!
Don't believe what you are reading that Jessica Simpson and
Tony Romo are heading to the alter.
It seems some of the tabloids, namely US Weekly, fell for a Jessica
Simpson press stunt, for what I can only think is to divert
attention away from her troubled country album or as others say
to keep herself in the limelight.
Jessica's rep did refuse to deny the story or make any attempt to
play down the rumor. So could it be true?
Not so fast.
"I think it's a press stunt," a source who knows Jessica well reveals.
"She always leaks information about her faux love life when she's
desperate to get her face on magazine covers!"

Kirstie Alley To Develop Own Weight Loss Brand...
Kirstie Alley and Jenny Craig may have gone their separate ways,
but the one-time "Fat Actress" isn't giving up on the weight
loss industry.
"After lengthy negotiations, regretfully the Jenny Craig Company
and I did not come to an agreement to continue as their spokes-
person," Alley said in a statement posted on People Magazine's
Web site Tuesday.
Kirstie, 57, said that while her experience with Jenny Craig was
"extraordinary," she wants "to create something new that will
help millions of people end the seemingly never ending fatty-
roller coaster ride."
Kirstie intends to develop her own weight-loss brand with plans
to launch in 2009.
"We are sorry that she did not accept our offer" to continue
appearing in the company's ad campaign, Scott Parker, vice
president of marketing for Jenny Craig, told People. "We wish
her all the best in her future endeavors."

50 Cent Pays Out Over Assault...
Rapper 50 Cent has been ordered to pay an undisclosed figure
after assaulting a photographer. The hip-hop star, real name
Curtis Jackson, attacked the New York Post's deputy photo
assignment editor Jim Alcorn in 2003. Alcorn filed a lawsuit
claiming he was assaulted after taking a photograph of the star
as he left a jewellery shop. He sustained neck and jaw injuries.
Alcorn's lawyer Sanford Rubenstein tells New York gossip column
PageSix, "A settlement was reached and all parties are satisfied."
50's spokesman says, "It's a legal issue that's been settled."

Duane 'Dog' Chapman Returns...
TV reality star Duane 'Dog' Chapman is set to make a return to
the small screen just months after his show was axed following
his racial slur scandal.
Chapman's TV show was pulled by network A&E after the bounty
hunter's son went public with a tape on which he was heard calling
his Mexican girlfriend some nasty words and other racial slurs.
But the network has reconsidered its decision after Chapman took
part in a number of events to promote racial equality.
A&E has not yet set a premiere date, but have organized filming
in Hawaii to commence immediately.

The singer who wants to go to rehab because she thinks it will
be good for her career?
It's Sheryl Crowe... The 46-year-old singer, who has just
released her sixth album 'Detours'... is desperate to duet
with "hot" Amy Winehouse, who picked up five Grammy Awards
this year while being treated for her drugs addiction.
She said: "I want to collaborate with Amy because she's really
hot and cool right now.
Speaking tongue in cheek she added... "I know one song 'Rehab'
was very popular particularly because a lot of young people
