Good Morning,
You may be wondering how Coco and Ginger have reacted since
Keno and Mystic have been gone. It's been a little interesting...
They seem to know something is "different" Ginger walks around
the house, going to all the places Keno used to frequent and
almost looks puzzled when she can't find him. I have to admit,
I have been doing the same thing, only puzzlement isn't the
emotion I am having. I haven't quite accepted the fact they
aren't here. Sometimes, I swear I hear them barking. Crazy
huh?
Moose has been doing something that she has never done and
may or may not stop in the near future, but it kind of freaked
me out the first night Keno and Mystic were not here. For years,
Mystic's bedtime habit was the same. Follow us into the bedroom,
wait until I got into bed, stand next to me, give me a "kiss"
and lie down next to me on the floor. She would lie there for
an hour or two, then get up and go into her bed, which is at
the foot of our bed. Keno, of course, would get INTO bed with us
and jockey for prime real estate...
When it was time to go to sleep Thursday night, Coco and Ginger
followed us back. Coco stood there and waited until I got into
bed. She then licked my face like there was no tomorrow and
laid down at the side of the bed in Mystic's spot. I looked at
Flyboy and he had the same face I did, the one with the tears
coming down. She stayed there about an hour and went to Mystic's
bed. Ginger, instead of going into her own bed, jumped up next to
daddy and gave him loads of kisses before staking out her area next
to him...
Coincidence? Maybe...But, I would like to think that our little
girls wanted to know that they are going to help us through this
and got a little message from their brother and sister on how to
help us...
They both have been rather calm and subdued since Thursday and
Flyboy thinks it may be because the pack has been disrupted and
some of the wild and crazy behavior isn't necessary anymore. We'll
see...I saw a tree branch on the patio, so obviously some wild
and crazy behavior still IS necessary...

If you have a tendency to have red, blotchy skin, using a
yellow-based concealer can help neutralize the red. If you
can't find one, you can use a yellow eyeshadow and mix it
in your moisturizer and foundation. The more yellow you use,
the less noticeable the red...
Pour a little moisturizer in your hand, wipe the shadow with
the applicator until you get the top layer loose and sprinkle
it into the moisturizer. Mix it with your finger, and apply.
