Good Morning,
It's good to be home and a little hard getting used to not
seeing my mom bright and early every morning. She's doing
well and my sister has bee getting her out of the house a
little more each day since the weather finally is cooperating...
Everything here was in good shape and of course, I've been
a busy bee getting it back to "my shape"...
Keno, Mystic, Moose and Ginger greeted me with quite a welcome!
Each one muscled the other one out of the way to give me loads
of kisses and love. I even managed to stay on my feet the whole
time!
A month is a long time to gone and while I noticed a big
difference in Coco and Ginger's size, I also noticed something
else that I wish I didn't notice, which has had me crying off
and on since I got home, and you probably have already guessed
what it is...
Keno and Mystic aren't doing well and it looks like the day we
all dreaded is here. Keno's tumors are all over and grown since
I left, and ditto with Mystic. Neither dog is moving very well
and Keno is barely eating, which we know, is a clue. I asked
about Keno and Mystic everyday when I was gone and I was always
told, "Oh, they're doing fine". When I saw them, I knew everyone
was trying not to worry me while I was busy with my mom. Flyboy
will be home Tuesday night and we're taking both dogs in to the
vet...
Words can't describe how I'm feeling right now and it took me
almost 20 minutes to type the above paragraph. Those who have
lost their beloved pets do know...
