Good Morning,
Happy Saint Patrick's Day everyone!
I was supposed to be in Chicago by the time you would be
reading this, but, as luck, (bad) would have it, I came down
with some kind of "bug" over the weekend. I don't know what
it is or how long it will last, but my sister and I both feel
that we can't take a chance of my mom geting sick with everything
else she has to deal with right now. I can't tell you how guilty
I feel and how heavily it's weighing on my mind...
While I would be doing everything I can to help out while I'm
in Chicago, my sister really wants me to come to cheer my mom
up. As you probably can imagine, she is very depressed right
now, (understandably), and my sister thinks mom needs to be
around me because I make her laugh. I have my work cut out in
that department because it's hard to make someone laugh when your
own heart is breaking everytime you look at that person...
We're praying that some of her vision starts to come back this
week as the medications continue to work. My mom is such a
strong woman and independent as they come. I know part of her
depression is from having to rely on all of us right now. If
she only knew or realized that there isn't anything on earth
my sister and I wouldn't do for her and how helpless WE feel
right now...

I came across this article on green eyes and how to make them
dazzle and realized I don't give out too many tips to people
with green eyes specifically. Since today is St. Patty's
day, ladies...today is your day!
Eye Shadow: Apply a gold/beige on the lid.
Socket: Apply a soft maroon color into eye socket and blend well.
Corner of Eye: Apply a charcoal grey shadow around the outer corner
of the eye. Blend well.
Eye Liner: A very light touch of the same shade of charcoal that
you used in step three.
Two light coats of black mascara on top and bottom lashes. Be very
careful of clumps. These lashes should look like your own but a
little better...

Blush: A soft strawberry pink...
Lips: Outline lips with a natural lip pencil and then fill in
