FBI Questions Mindy McCready
in Roger Clemens Investigation
Mindy McCready has now been questioned by the FBI in
its perjury investigation involving baseball star Roger
Clemens, according to the New York Daily News, which
has been closely following the case. According to the
newspaper, two FBI agents interviewed McCready in an
effort to determine whether Clemens lied when he told
congressional investigators he had never taken perform-
ance-enhancing drugs. Clemens denies having used
steroids and human growth hormone. McCready has not
refuted reports that she and Clemens were involved in
a relationship that began in 1991. McCready will per-
form Thursday (June 5) during a noon concert on the
opening day of the CMA Music Festival in Nashville.

The Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame induction ceremony
