burden is light, (Matthew 11:30), for often the burdens
we carry on our shoulders from the world seem to heavy
to bear. If you are overwrought, stop all that you are
doing, go alone into a 'prayer closet,' (any place where
you can be alone), and turn your cares over to the Lord.
He will carry them for you and give you His Yoke!
