Hi to All My Readers,
Thanks for all your mail. This question seems very
important, "How do you handle hostile parents?" I try to
let them speak and vent their anger, and then I will with
documentation say my peace. If the parent has a point and is
right in his/her judgment I will apologize, and try to rectify
the problem. Sometimes I ask the guidance counselor or another
party to sit it on the conference for support and clarification.
