Janet Jackson has been hospitalized with a bad case
of the flu.
Janet's rep added, "she's find, she's just battling
this crazy flu like everyone else."
On a better note for Janet, her new album debuted
at No. 1 ont the Billboard 200 chart.

Britney coming to your Television...
It is being reported that Britney Spears will have a
small role on the CBS's hit show "How I Met Your Mother"
Neil Patrick Harris who stars in How I Met Your Mother
commented on the idea of Britney Spears appearing on his
sitcom. “I was shocked that Madame Spears was willing to
come and do some acting, she hasn’t acted in a while,”
Harris goes on to say, “This is a very interesting role.
It is very not like her at all in real life in any of her
previous chapters.”

Another reality show...
MTV has a new reality show, "Rock the Cradle". Rock the
Cradle will feature the children of rock stars like
Bobby Brown, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, M.C. Hammer
and Olivia Newton John.
The show will air live weekly and will have the contestants
battle it out in a singing competitiion.

Off the Island...
Dawn Wells, Mary Ann from "Gilligan's Island" was pulled
over back in October for reckless driving.
Upon appoarching Wells vehicle the officers could smell
marijuana. Wells reportedly told him that she'd just
given a ride to three hitchhikers and had dropped them off
when they began smoking something.
When the officers searched the car, he found three half-smoked
joints in the ashtray and console, according to the report.
A second search after Wells' arrest netted a fourth
half-smoked joint and two small cases used to store marijuana.
Wells is now serving six months' unsupervised probation for
the crime. She was sentenced Feb. 29 to five days in jail,
fined $410.50 and placed on probation after pleading guilty
to one count of reckless driving.
