Good morning crew,
I learned a new Hapkido form last night, and it's brutal,
just brutal. This one involves a lot of squatting and a
lot of jumping, which means both my calves and thighs are
killing me right now.
This stuff is just getting harder and harder. At some point
it has to get easier, because if it just continues to get
harder I'll be dead before I make fourth degree.
Well, at least it's better than pilates.

We are fortunate our grand-children live close by and visit
us often.
When our seven-year-old granddaughter, Morgan, comes over,
she loves to watch her grandmother when she is baking.
