Good morning crew,
Who remembers the arcade game Spy Hunter? That's the one
where you drive down an endless road in a spy car equipped
with all sorts of defensive and offensive weapons like an
oil slick, machine guns and rockets while being chased by
enemy agents in their cars. Plus, it had the coolest music
for a video game ever...the theme song to the old Peter
Gunn TV show by Henri Mancini.
Anyway, I just found a website that sells the original
stand-up arcade game for only 1,700 bucks! I probably
pumped that much in quarters into that game when I was
fourteen, fifteen and sixteen. Personally, I think it's
a small price to pay to recapture part of my youth. The
only thing I don't have is the $1,700.
