Children’s Necklaces Recalled
Due to Lead Poisoning Hazard
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Com-
mission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today
announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer
product. Consumers should stop using recalled products
immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: Children’s Mood Necklaces and Diva
Necklaces
Importer: Really Useful Products Inc., of Darien, Ill.
Hazard: The recalled jewelry contains high levels of
lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and
can cause adverse health effects.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: The recalled Mood Necklaces are multi-
colored pendants shaped as hearts, moons, shamrocks,
spiders, butterflies and lizards that hang from a
black chord. The packaging is a black cardboard wrapped
in plastic with “Mood Necklace” printed on the front
and “Item # JW41001” and “UPC number 898846410011”
printed on a sticker on the back. The recalled Diva
Necklaces consist of pendants shaped as the words “ANGEL”
or “Diva” that hang from a black chord. The packaging is
pink cardboard with “Hand Painted” and “Diva Necklace”
printed on the front, and “Item # 21800020” and “UPC
number 898846200186” printed on the back.
Sold by: Children’s, dollar, and discount stores nation-
wide from September 2004 through November 2006 for about
$1.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take this jewelry
away from children. Consumers should return the recalled
jewelry to the store where purchased for a full refund
or contact Really Useful Products for information on how
to receive a full refund.

Announces Recall of Door Handle Locks,
Failure Could Lead to Entrapment in an Emergency
WASHINGTON , D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Com-
mission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today
announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer
product. Consumers should stop using recalled products
immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: Keyed 5K Series Door Handle Locks
Manufacturer: Stanley Security Solutions Inc., of
Indianapolis, Ind.
Hazard: The locks can fail and the door cannot be un-
locked from the inside, posing an entrapment hazard.
This failure could lead to the inability to vacate a
location in an emergency.
Incidents/Injuries: Stanley Security Solutions has
received three reports of the locks failing. No
entrapments have been reported.
Description: The recalled units include the 5K Light/
Medium Duty Lever Series door handle locks. These sets
have a brass or stainless steel finish with the word
“BEST” embossed below the key whole on the elongated
handle.
Sold through: Locksmiths, hardware, and building supply
stores nationwide from November 2005 through September
2006 for between $65 and $115.
Manufactured in: Taiwan
Remedy: Consumers should contact Stanley Security
Solutions to schedule an appointment to have the
locks replaced free of charge.

Recalls Furniture Due to Lead Paint Hazard
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Com-
mission, in cooperation with the manufacturer named below,
today announced a voluntary recall of the following
consumer products. Consumers should stop using recalled
products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: Antique White Furniture from the Cottage
Collection
Units: About 2,000
Importer: The Land of Nod®, of Northbrook, Ill.
Hazard: Some of the recalled furniture contains paint
with high levels of lead. The lead level exceeds that
allowed by the federal ban on lead-containing paint
which is designed to protect children who might ingest
paint chips or peelings. Lead paint is toxic if
ingested by young children and can cause adverse health
effects.
Incidents/Injuries: None.
Description: The recall includes the following furniture
and item numbers. The item number can be found on a label
located on the back of the product. The shelf kits include
one shelf and two shelf supports for use in the Low Rider
Bookcase, the Double-Door Armoire or the District 28
Armoire.
