Blue Rodeo, Paul Brandt Win Juno Awards
Blue Rodeo and Paul Brandt were among the winners at the
Juno Awards -- the Canadian equivalent of the Grammy --
in Calgary this weekend (April 5-6). Blue Rodeo won
honors as group of the year, as well as adult alternative
album (for Small Miracle) and video (for "C'mon," with
producer Christopher Mills). Brandt won country recording
of the year for his album, Risk. The Sunday night ceremony
also featured a performance by Anne Murray, with duet
partners Jann Arden and Sarah Brightman.

Good Morning America Spotlights Lady Antebellum,
Ashton Shepherd
New country artists Lady Antebellum and Ashton Shepherd
will take part in the Good Morning America spring concert
series on April 21 in New York City. Lady Antebellum
("Love Don't Live Here") will release their self-titled
debut album on April 15. Shepherd ("Takin' Off This Pain")
issued her debut album, Sounds So Good, on May 4.
